Regarding the granting of an electric wheelchair

1. Giveaway Organizer

The giveaway is organized by SC MEDICAL SERVICES FOR NEUROLOGY SRL, a Romanian legal entity, registered with the Trade Register under no. J23/843/2015, headquartered at Str. Monumentului no. 42, Vidra, Ilfov, CUI 34226550, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

2. Venue

The Contest is held exclusively online, on the Organizer's official social media pages: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by these platforms.

3. Deployment period

The contest runs from March 1 to April 15 (inclusive). The winner will be announced publicly on April 16, on the Organizer's official social media pages. The Organizer reserves the right to change the contest period, with prior notice to the participants.

4. Right to participate

Any adult natural person, residing in Romania, who cumulatively meets the conditions of these regulations may participate. Participation is free of charge. Employees of the Organizer or their first-degree relatives may not participate.

5. Conditions of participation

To validly register for the contest, the participant must cumulatively meet the following conditions:

• Follow the Organizer's official page on the platform on which they participate;
• Complete the registration form provided by the Organizer;
• Provide the following data in the form: Last name, First name, Reason for needing a wheelchair, Contact number.

Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with the conditions of these regulations will be invalidated.

6. The prize

The prize consists of: An electric wheelchair, model TEW002, awarded to one person designated as the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable.

7. Designation of the winner

The winner will be selected by the Organizer, based on the analysis of the reasons submitted in the entry form. The Organizer's decision is final and cannot be appealed. The winner will be contacted by phone, using the number provided in the form. If the person designated as the winner does not respond within 3 business days, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Protection of personal data

By completing the form and participating in the competition, participants express their consent to the processing of the following personal data: Name, Surname, Contact number, Delivery address (only in the case of the winner). The data are processed exclusively for the purpose of organizing the competition and delivering the prize, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and with the data protection information made available to participants at the time of registration. The data will not be used for marketing purposes without separate consent.

9. Prize delivery

The prize will be delivered by courier to the address indicated by the winner, within a maximum of 30 days from the winner's drawing. The organizer is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier company.

10. Termination or modification of the competition

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the contest in case of force majeure or situations beyond its control, with public notification of the participants.

11. Litigation

Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the jurisdiction lies with the courts of Romania.

DECLARATION OF CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

(to be signed at the time of entering the contest/giveaway)

I. Identity and contact details of the operator

The controller of your personal data is represented by the company SC MEDICAL SERVICES FOR NEUROLOGY SRLSC MEDICAL SERVICES FOR NEUROLOGY SRL is a Romanian legal entity registered with the Trade Register under number J2015000843232, having its registered office at Str. Monumentului, no. 42, Vidra, Ilfov and CUI – 34226550. The controller of personal data means the entity that determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, i.e. how the personal data concerning you will be processed. The controller of personal data has established a principled friendly and appropriate communication channel where you can contact it: confidentialitate@msnexpert.ro.

II. Who are the persons whose personal data we will process?

This declaration is signed by any natural person who wishes to enter the contest/giveaway organized by our company, prior to or at the latest at the time of entering the contest. Without expressing consent by signing this declaration, entry into the contest is not possible.

III. What personal data do we process?

We process a minimum set of data, strictly necessary for organizing the contest:

• People who register for the contest: Name, surname, contact number, email address.
• The person designated as the winner: Name, surname, contact number, email address, delivery address (for sending the prize).

We do not process special categories of personal data.

IV. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Registration and participation in the competition: Art. 6 para. (1) letter a) GDPR – consent.
• Contacting participants: Art. 6 para. (1) letter a) GDPR – consent.
• Contacting the winner and delivering the prize: Art. 6 para. (1) letter a) GDPR – consent.

Data processing is carried out exclusively based on your consent, expressed by signing this declaration.

V. To whom can the data be disclosed?

Data can be transmitted:

• courier companies (in the case of the winner, for the delivery of the prize);
• public authorities, if there is a legal obligation.

Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA, except where this would become necessary and would be accompanied by appropriate legal safeguards.

VI. Data retention period

The participants' data will be kept for the duration of the competition and thereafter for the period necessary to fulfill any legal obligations. The winner's data will be kept for the period necessary to deliver the prize and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

VII. Your rights

According to GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to opposition
• The right to withdraw your consent at any time
• The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
