Orthopedic ball for hand training

Description

The ball is made of silicone, anti-allergic, with an ergonomic shape. The ball does not leave residue on the hand and has no odor. The ball returns to its original shape after use and does not change its hardness. Strengthens the muscles of the hand, fingers and arms, increases dexterity and mobility of the hand, reduces tension and stress.

It has 3 different degrees of hardness depending on the resistance it applies: green (light), blue (medium), red (strong).
